Won in Kearney, the trolls den Friday. Salvation and yavaris really pull the neb b out of the crap bin. Didn't get to many pics mostly because I suck but I did get some of the first game. It was a great time. Everyone else there ranged from a few games to playing their first. In the final game I used the imperials, a raider 2 with some upgrades, a gladiator demolishered up, and the ISD2 Avenger. Fighters I had rymer, bomber, tie advanced and boba fett. He had, torpedo frigate, Cr90 and a command cruiser, 2xwings, Luke, 2 awings, and Han solo. The other player who's name I don't remember was the first person I played. He burned down the tie adv, raider and gladiator while I wrecked his mc80 and all his fighters. I took home the MC80. The raider can put the hurt on squadrons and the ISD hits like a freight train..

Finishing touches..

Finished up my squadrons of Bwing and the Awing squadron. Didn't do anything with the Assault Frigate Mk2. Couldn't think of anything and didn't have the time to mess with it.

The Awings were washed with Nuln oil around the engines and cockpit. Then Luftwaffe green was used for the stripes. Ulthuan grey(gw) was used on the Awings cockpit and fuselage, it looks white but not WHITE. Then black highlights of the guns and parts of the cockpit.

This is everything. Similar list did ok at Gencon, most of the problems with it were due to inexperiance. Thinking about changing hyperspace assault for something else, maybe contested outpost, make them fly into slow rolling Nebs and fighters while the Mk2 rolls around in a circle but its weak to glad spam..

Refits for battle.

 Painting my Nebulons and fighters. The frigates really needed something as they were quite bland. Gave both a heavy wash with Nuln Oil. Then I repainted the stripes on the hulls and added a little more. Finally, I highlighted with Menoth white base(P3, basically bleached bone).

2 different Bwing paint jobs. One squadron of each. Both have the same base. First Nuln oil. second, a couple coats of menoth white base. Third, a wash of Agrax earthshade. Then I touched up the cockpit, and guns with black. One group is getting a kinda 'L' shaped stripe similar to pictures of Xwings. the second is getting half the wing painted a different shade of blue.

The other 3 Bwings and Awing are being painted tomorrow.

This is my attempt to organise my AAR reports for star wars: armada. Specifically, for the upcoming 'massing at sullust' event. I'll be playing in 3 separate events. On Friday I'll be at The Troll's Den in Kearney NE, convenient because I work nights and I get to kinda slowly flip my sleep around.. The Saturday and Sunday events are going to be in Omaha and Bellevue NE, at the Game Shoppe. Total I'll be playing between 9 and 12 games in a 3 day stretch.
